1. The defendant shall pay 79,693,500 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 9, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On May 23, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a civil lawsuit against the Defendant seeking payment of the money as stated in the Disposition No. 1 against the Defendant, and the said judgment became final and conclusive upon winning the case on December 28, 2005. Since the Defendant did not pay the said money up to the present day, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit again for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
