1. Indication of Claim: On March 12, 2014, the Defendant posted a statement that “as soon as possible,” a patently fluoring sexual humiliation or aversion in the African TV D TV sets broadcasted by the Plaintiff, thereby insulting the Plaintiff (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
