A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 2, 2018, at around 13:15, the Defendant: (a) drive a Bchier car, proceeding along three lanes in the direction of Busan City along the way from the distance of literature to the direction of the transmission; (b) changed the two lanes into the two lanes; (c) did not operate the direction direction, etc. in advance and did not give notice of change of course; (d) changed the two lanes without properly checking the front and rear left points; and (e) the victim D, who changed the two lanes from the first to the second two lanes, was driven by the Defendant as the front right side of the E freight vehicle driven by the victim D, who changed the two lanes from the first to the second two lanes.
Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above traffic accident, destroyed the above cargo vehicle to have approximately KRW 664,278 of the repair cost, and escaped without taking necessary measures.
2. Around 12:00 on September 2, 2018, the Defendant driving a chip low-class car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the F apartment in Seocheon-si to the front side of the same city.
3. The defendant who has instigated an offender to commit the crime above A.
When and at the time and place stated in the port, it is difficult for a person who causes a traffic accident to be discovered that he/she drives without a driver's license, so that he/she can bring his/her driver's movement to H instead.
