(a) Road project approval and public announcement of road project (construction work in lieu of national highways within the jurisdiction of Jinju-si) and the Busan Regional Land Management Office, No. 2007-79, and May 1, 2007: Defendant;

B. The Central Land Tribunal’s objects of expropriation adjudication made on September 10, 2009, compensation for expropriation: The object of expropriation compensation is as indicated in the column of “goods subject to expropriation” as a result of the attached Table 2 appraisal (as to the objects subject to expropriation compensation, “the obstacles of this case” in this case, and “the trees of this case” in this case, and “the trees of this case”) and the compensation for expropriation are KRW 595,865,830.

The starting date of expropriation: An appraisal corporation on November 3, 2009: a national appraisal corporation (Appraiser B) and the Korea Appraisal Board (Appraiser C).

C. The content of the adjudication by the Central Land Tribunal on January 14, 2010: (a) increased the above compensation amount to KRW 635,606,50; and (b) the specific compensation amount is as stated in the attached Table 2’s statement on the result of the appraisal.

An appraisal corporation: A certified public appraisal corporation (Appraiser D) and a senior certified public appraisal corporation (Appraiser E)

D. Each appraisal result of the first instance court appraiser F, G, and K for the first instance court appraiser (hereinafter the above acceptance ruling and its objection are used only when there is a difference in the contents of appraisal between the appraisers in a “adjudication 1”) or in a ruling of acceptance or objection, etc. The appraiser F, the appraiser G, the appraiser K, the appraiser K, the appraiser K, the appraisal result of the 1 court appraiser, the appraisal result of the 2 court appraiser, the appraisal result of the 2 court appraiser, the appraisal result of the 2 court appraiser, the appraisal result of the 2 court appraiser: the appraisal result of the 2 appraisal result of the 2 appraisal report, the “1 court appraisal amount,” the “2 court appraisal amount,” the “2 court appraisal amount,” and the “the amount of the 3rd court appraisal amount,” respectively.

E. The defendant's deposit of compensation shall be made by the above acceptance.
