1. The Defendant: (a) 4,992,720 won to Plaintiff A; (b) 5,051,910 won to Plaintiff B; (c) 4,203,960 won to Plaintiff C; and (d) 4,208.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiffs claiming the indication of the claim are those employed by the “J” located in Gyeongbuk-gun I operated by the Defendant and currently employed by the Defendant, and were not paid the wages of October 2015 and the wages of November 2015, and thus, the unpaid wages and damages for delay thereof should be claimed.
