It is the total responsibility of the fraud organization that receives money by means of the “ Bosishing” method or the “ Bosishing” method that demands money from a large number of unspecified domestic and foreign people to get a loan by betting, or by acting as an intermediary only for the terms and conditions, and Defendant A is a person who performs the role of soliciting passbooks to be used to receive the money from the money of the said fraud.
1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall take over any access medium used to issue a transaction instruction in electronic financial transactions or use and manage any access medium used to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction, unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts;

On the Internet website, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that the passbook is added to the passbook, and then paid 50,000 won per account to the persons who reported and contacted the above writing at the cost of KRW 50,00 per account and 1.50,000 per account, and issued a passbook, cash card, check, security card, etc. connected to D’s new bank account (E) and the Nong Bank account (F) around November 10, 2016.
From November 2015 to December 30, 2016, the Defendant, including the Defendant, acquired a total of 187 approaching media as shown in attached Table 1 and Table 2.
2. The above false statement of fraud requires that money be paid to many and unspecified persons in Korea through the Mesing of Mesing or Mesing of Mesing, and Defendant A uses the money to receive the money.
