1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 80,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 17, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Since the Plaintiff, on November 6, 2009, lent KRW 80 million to the Defendant with the indication of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the money as stated in the disposition to the Plaintiff.

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
