건물인도
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver a 901.79 square meters wide floor among the buildings listed in the attached list;
(b) KRW 5,386,220; and
The cause of the instant claim is as shown in the attached Form 1, and it can be recognized in the evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (including the paper number) by integrating the whole purport of the pleading.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver to the plaintiff the 901.79 square meters of the land floor among the buildings listed in the attached list, and pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from March 28, 2020 to the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6,60,000 won per month from February 26, 2020 to the day of delivery of the above building.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
