1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 11, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(Provided, That from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum in accordance with the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
