1. As to KRW 907,515,722 and KRW 233,475,276 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from August 11, 2017 to February 9, 2018.

Reasons

(2) On July 28, 2016, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000 ( KRW 500,000), which was paid after deducting the loan from KRW 600,000 ( KRW 600,000) on July 28, 2016, KRW 50,000,000,000 ( KRW 50,000) on September 10, 206, KRW 50,000,000 ($ 5,70,000,00), the said amount should be paid regardless of the completion of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale of the sale.

4) Other matters are governed by general practices. The following items are as follows. (f) The Plaintiff entered into a contract. The Plaintiff paid KRW 150,000,000 on September 12, 2016, and KRW 150,000,000 on September 13, 2016, and KRW 50,000 on September 13, 2016, and issued a blank sale contract for subparagraph m among the instant buildings to the Defendant on September 12, 2016 and a blank sale contract for subparagraph n of commercial buildings on September 13, 2016, respectively. Defendant and C completed the instant building and thereafter L Co., Ltd (hereinafter “L”) on August 3, 2017.

In relation to the above building, the priority beneficiary is a real estate security trust contract with O, P, Q, R and S.
