B around November 4, 2015, at the above company office located in the second floor of DD building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the defendant applied for the Class 1 driver's license test in the name of B on behalf of B, and the defendant consented thereto.

B around 08:00 on November 5, 2015, around 08:00, at the above company office, one copy of the identification certificate of his temporary resident registration and one photograph to be attached to the driver's license required for the above substitute test was presented to the defendant.
