1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 2,802,816,975 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from April 1, 2017 to May 19, 2018; and (b) May 2018 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the Plaintiff, the “creditor”, and the “debtor”, respectively.
