1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 1, 2004 to June 23, 2004 and from the next day.
1. Indication of claim: 3,00,000 won for the first time on March 2002, and 6,000,000 won for the second time on June 200, and the same year for the plaintiff to the defendant.
9. The Defendant respectively lent KRW 10,000,000 to the Lieutenant, and around June of the same year, the Defendant used KRW 18,000,000 with the Plaintiff’s credit card.
After that, on November 31, 2003, the defendant prepared a certificate of borrowing to the effect that the above sum of KRW 37,000,000 in total would be repaid (on November 30, 2003, KRW 20,000 in total) until December 31, 2003.
For the purpose of the extension of the statute of limitations of final and conclusive judgment (Tgu District Court 2004dan74252), the Plaintiff has filed the instant claim.
