Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Daegu District Court on November 28, 2007, and a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine in the same court on January 4, 2012.
피고인은 2016. 4. 4. 04:30 경 대구 수성구 들 안로 75 한솔 갈치 멸치 회 식당 앞길에서부터 대구 남구 이천로 12 뽈록 이칼 치 앞길에 이르기까지 약 2km 의 구간에서 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.129% 의 술에 취한 상태로 B 스타 렉스 밴 화물차를 운전하였다.
