Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted Defendant A of the facts charged in the instant case on the ground that: (a) Defendant A’s offender was also the victim; (b) Defendant B’s concealment of the principal facts charged against Defendant B; and (c) an offender, who is the ancillary facts charged, constitutes a case where there is no proof of crime; and (c) contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of
