1. The Defendant’s case for construction payment against the Plaintiff at the Suwon District Court was rendered on June 12, 2014.
1. Based on the original copy of the judgment stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition, the Defendant, who indicated the claim, was issued a collection order against the Plaintiff’s deposit claim against the Plaintiff’s third debtor, Korea Bank, and issued a collection order on July 3, 2014.
Since then, the Plaintiff deposited deposited money at the Seoul Central District Court 2014Hun16636, and the Defendant received all the amount of his claim related to the said judgment in the distribution procedure of the deposit money.
Therefore, a judgment between the plaintiff and the defendant is sought as stated in the purport of the claim, since no longer exists in relation to the above judgment.
