A. On April 10, 1973, the Plaintiff registered each title trust with net M and N each of 1/3 shares of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 1973 and completed the registration of ownership transfer.

B. As such, upon the death of January 13, 2006, M succeeds to each of the above shares held in title trust, as stated in the corresponding Schedule of Annex B, H, I, J, K, and L, the inheritor, following the death of Defendant B, D, E, F, and N, on June 26, 1987.

C. The Plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement with the Defendants as a delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint. As such, the Defendants are obligated to complete the registration of ownership transfer based on the completion of the above title trust with respect to the shares indicated in the pertinent “shares” listed in the relevant Schedule 2 among each land listed in the attached Table 1.
