However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 7, 2018, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses of drinking together in the first floor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the first floor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City B, from the victim C(34 years of age) who was fluoring a drinking fighting; (b) took the face of the victim by drinking one time; and (c) sustained an injury, such as the opening of the floor and the frame of the floor, which requires approximately 6 weeks of treatment by walking the victim’s face and twice.
