A was divorced by agreement on August 2009 due to economic reasons after filing a marriage report with Defendant B on December 12, 1981, but at the same time the light base was living together in 2012.
On April 2007, the Defendants registered the International Nursing Institute in the name of Defendant B’s woman G at the Gyeong-do Port Office for Port Education, and Defendant A was named as “(m) president” and was in charge of consultation and lectures, and Defendant B was in charge of management, including consultation and arrangement of books. As such, Defendant B was in charge of operating the said private teaching institute on February 2017. < Amended by Act No. 1417, Feb. 2, 2017>
On the other hand, Defendant B registered the KK Nursing Institute in the name of Defendant B at around February 2007 at the Gyeong-do Port Education Support Office, and operated the said IK in a manner similar to that of Defendant A, which was closed on April 2017. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20102, Apr. 2, 2017>
In order to apply for the national nurse qualification examination, at least 740 hours of theoretical curriculum and the training course conducted by the head of the education and training institution for nursing assistants designated as the director of the health and welfare department shall complete the training course for at least 780 hours conducted by the medical institution or the public health clinic that entrusted the training course. On June 17, 2013, Defendants received tuition fees of KRW 1,500,000 from the said L in the said I Nursing Institute.
