Reasons

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the prosecutor is that the punishment imposed by the court below (five million won of fine) is too uneasy and unfair, but in full view of the various circumstances, which are the conditions for sentencing as shown in this case, the sentence imposed by the court below is deemed to be too uneasy and unreasonable, and the above argument is without merit.
