A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
A. On November 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “F” mobile phone sales store operated by E located in YY-gu, Y-si; (b) without authority to exercise the mobile phone opening of G from G in the name of G from G, a rural village, without obtaining permission; and (c) without authority, the Defendant, who is aware of such fact, made E enter the “olleh Moble” model name and serial number of the “Handphone” located in the place, using a photographer; and (d) “IP6SP64 business name and serial number” means “G”; (c) “I”; and (d) “the date of application” means “G”; and (d) the applicant “the name” means “G” after making the entry “the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for the purchase of a mobile phone in G name, which is a private document on the duty of rights.
B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, had E submit to E an application for membership of a forged mobile phone as if it were a document duly formed, with the name of a person in charge of the KT affiliated with the company, who is unaware of the circumstance.

At the above mobile phone sales store around November 30, 2015, the Defendant without authority for the purpose of exercising the opening of G’s mobile phone from G, notwithstanding the absence of permission from G to do so, the Defendant, without authority, made him/her enter “G” in the “application form for subscription to the LGU” kept therein, and signed “G” in the “G” column, “I” in the “life-long month” column, “IP64 R/GJ” in the “based on the model name and serial number” column, and “B” date of preparation” in the “G” column, and “applicant” as “G”.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for the purchase of a mobile phone in G name, which is a private document on the duty of rights.
