A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3.5 million.

[Criminal Facts] The Defendants and D conspired to receive insurance money from the insurance company, pretending to be a traffic accident that occurred normally after the cause of the traffic accident, by intentionally conflicting with another person's car, after intentionally boarding the car by dividing it into the car.
