On March 6, 2018, the Defendant, at the D community service center located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as a legal spouse in a divorce lawsuit, transferred E in the residence of the Defendant to the Defendant’s domicile to the Defendant’s domicile in order to send E, which is the Defendant’s children, at the D community service center located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and signed B’s seal and sealed B, which is kept by B’s name and adjacent to B.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the report of re-registration of transfer in B, a private document concerning the certification of facts.
