Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who employs approximately 30 full-time workers in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AD and operates AE Medical Foundation AF members of AE Medical Foundation.
1. From April 4, 2013 to July 5, 2013, the Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act, including the victim AG wages of 386,59 won, who was employed by the said member, and retired from office, as well as the victim AG wages of 386,59 won.

The Defendant is an employer who operates a hospital under the name of “AF Medical Foundation” and who is actually registered as the president of the “AE Medical Foundation,” and employs 30 full-time workers on the second floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred;
