The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance that found the Defendant not guilty of the facts charged (excluding the part concerning the charge) of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, on the ground that there is no evidence of crime, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding

Meanwhile, the prosecutor submitted a written appeal to the effect that he/she is dissatisfied with the entire judgment of the court below, but there is no indication in the grounds of appeal as to the guilty portion.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
