A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while working as a credit card solicitor, was issued a credit card by another company’s name using personal information, such as his resident registration number, etc. of customers recruited by him, and used the same in the name of his client, and was paid immediately to the credit card company, and received subscription fees in proportion to the amount of use of the credit card.
On April 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of personal information, such as the resident registration number, etc. of C, which is a credit card customer he/she recruited at a closed place; (b) obtained C’s consent by raising customer recruitment performance without authority; and (c) obtained C’s consent; and (d) kept by the Defendant.
C sent a copy of C’s business registration certificate, which caused D, not aware of the fact, to enter “C” and “E” in the customer’s personal information column, and then forged C’s application form for membership of Hyundai Card Member, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations of others, instead of C’s signature.
In addition, from that time until February 25, 2014, the Defendant forged five copies of the application for membership of credit card holders, which is a private document concerning another person’s rights and obligations, without authority, for the purpose of exercising over a total of five occasions as shown in attached Table 1.
2. The event of the above investigation document and the fraud of the Defendant submitted to an employee who may not know the name of the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. as if the application form for membership of the forged C in the name of Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. was duly established at the site of influence on April 26, 2013. On April 29, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence of the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F Building No. 401, Mar. 2, 201, the Defendant was the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd.
