The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
On October 23, 2012, at around 03:25, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (V, 50 years of age) by hand at one time on the ground that the victim C (V, 50 years of age) who was driving on his/her behalf at the 106 underground parking lot in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, B apartment 106, continues to return to the parking lot.
Judgment
On December 12, 2012, the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant on the grounds of Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act and Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Code.
