1. Presumed factual basis

B. (1) Prior to the division of the instant land, the name of the administrative district was changed to the Nancheon-si Nancheon-do Nancheon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter referred to as the “Nancheon-gun, Gangwon-do”), on April 1, 1989, and the administrative district was changed again.

The said P tree 20,942 square meters of forest land was converted on February 8, 2006 into AA forest 20,819 square meters and was divided into each land listed in Attached Form 1 and 6 on February 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”, including each land listed in Attached Form 1 and 7).

(C) The details of the change in the indication of the instant land and the details of the registration thereof 1) regarding the instant land, the registration of the change that changed the indication of the title holder of the ownership preservation on June 3, 2014 from “YY” to the Defendant clan on the ground of the change of the title holder’s office on October 3, 2007.
