1. The defendant shall pay 62,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons

(However, the creditor is considered as the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is considered as the "suspect". 2. The applicable provisions of Acts are applied mutatis mutandis: Judgment by the deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
