1. As to KRW 36,142,639 and KRW 13,641,848 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 27.5% per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment.

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 36,142,639 won and 13,641,848 won per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, 27.9% per annum, 16,880,834 won per annum from June 12, 2018 to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
