1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Defendant B’s claim shall be paid KRW 37,00,000 to the Plaintiff, on condition that KRW 20,000,000 shall be paid each by July 30, 2010, and the remainder of KRW 17,00,000 shall be paid by August 15, 2010. The claim for monetary payment based on the amount guaranteed by Defendant C.
2. Defendant B of applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Defendant C: deemed confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
