Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended and promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; enforced October 1, 2015; the enforcement date of the above amended provisions shall order the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum; and the part of the claim for damages for delay exceeding the above recognized scope shall be dismissed);
