However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B M& car.

On April 12, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.120% of alcohol level, and led to the four-lane road of the old-si scattering distance from the old-si gate to the old-si gate.

At the time of night, in such a case, there was a duty of care to live well before and after the vehicle driver and drive safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the defendant was driven by the victim C (the 19-year old) who was under the influence of the signal stop at the front of the defendant's vehicle due to negligence while neglecting this, and received the rear part of the DNA car driving in front of the defendant's vehicle.

The Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, injured the victim C of the damaged passenger vehicle, such as salt ties and tensions that require two-day treatment; (b) injured the victim E (the 31 year old-old) of the damaged passenger vehicle; (c) injured the victim F (the 39 year old-old) of the same passenger in need of two-day medical treatment; and (d) injured the fluor’s salt ties and tensions that require two-day medical treatment; and (d) escaped without any necessary measures by immediately stopping the damaged passenger vehicle so as to cover repair costs; (c) on the same day, at around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to drive the road of the 2nd line in front of the Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, and proceeded with the second line in front of the 2nd parallel; and (d) had the victim F (the 39 year old-old passenger vehicle) damaged the right side of the G passenger vehicle, and had the 18th of the above 20000 meters in front.
