1. The judgment of the court of first instance on the scope of the trial in this Court accepted all the plaintiff's main claim, and the part of the defendant's counterclaim claim was accepted and the judgment dismissing part of the defendant's counterclaim.
In this regard, since only the plaintiff appealed against the part of the counterclaim claim, the scope of the judgment of this court is limited to the part of the counterclaim claim.
