2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(a) The Plaintiff’s patented invention(A) title: (2)/registration date/registration number of the Plaintiff: April 15, 202 ( April 23, 2001) / Claim No. 51779 (3) of the Patent Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Patent Gazette”) 1; (2) the adjacent chain links are connected with each other (hereinafter referred to as “Subject-matter 1”); (3) the adjacent chain links are composed of not less than 4 (hereinafter referred to as “TW 1”); (3) the adjacent chain links are capable of being linked to the above (hereinafter referred to as “Subject-Matter 2”); and (4) the adjacent chain links are capable of being linked to the above (hereinafter referred to as “TW 4”) by means of an information and communication method; and (4) the adjacent chain elements are of a narrow range of elements of the invention.
