After seizure, one (No. 1) and one (No. 2) per lushe (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

1. On December 1, 2015, around 06:17, the Defendant: (a) intruded into an abandoned house, which is a redevelopment area managed by the victim D&D redevelopment association located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and was loaded into the hand gate prepared in advance by the damaged party; and (b) continued to intrude into the abandoned house managed by the damaged party located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and then stolen the abandoned house by opening one iron gate, which is located therein, and was loaded into the said hand gate.

On December 3, 2015, around 02:52, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night structures: (a) extracted from the boiler room managed by the victim D redevelopment project association located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) went into the boiler room, and (c) opened the boiler installed with hand knobs and nobs; and (d) attempted to steal the boiler by taking advantage of the knobs and nobs; (b) but (c) did not have been discovered to the employees of the guard company of the victim of the marin; and (d) did not have been attempted

In the investigation report (verification of the place of crime) [the defendant did not appear at the scene of the crime of this case on December 1, 2015, and entered the scene of the crime of this case on December 3, 2015, but did not perform dismantling work of boiler, and did not enter the scene of the crime of this case in order to steals another's articles. However, according to the aforementioned evidence, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence, i.e., ① according to the reproduction of CD containing CCTV images on December 1, 2015, the character appearing at the front page of the video reproduction screen on December 1, 2015 is relatively easily recognizable. In addition, the face shape or the whole color is considerably similar to the defendant, its head color, clothes color, clothes color and clothes color.
