1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the court of first instance admitting “the date of pronouncement of this judgment” as “the date of pronouncement of the judgment of the court of first instance,” and thus, citing this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim on the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's claim on the counterclaim is justified, and the defendant's remaining claim on the counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just with this conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit
