The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the lower court to reverse the first instance judgment that found the Defendants guilty on the charges of the Defendants on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and to render the Defendants not guilty.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the meaning of protection of or intrusion upon a structure.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
