Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On 26. 02. 02. 02. 02. 02. 02. 02. 30, the Defendant: (a) had no capacity or intent to pay the drinking value, and (b) had been aware of the same amount as KRW 450,00 including 1 bottle, 1 week, and 1 week, and 450,000 including her service fee for female contact loan, and acquired it by fraud.
