1. As to KRW 12,080,190 and KRW 11,280,230 among the Plaintiff, Defendant A’s year from January 21, 2016 to April 14, 2016.
1. There is no dispute between the parties as to each of the facts listed in Paragraph 1 of the Attached Form for Determination of Claim against Defendant A.
According to the above facts, Defendant A is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 12,080,190 and the principal of KRW 11,280,230,230, which is the date of performing the guaranteed obligation, 12% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from January 21, 2016 to April 14, 2016, and 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
2. Determination as to the claim against the defendant B
(a) Indication of claims: To describe the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims as shown in the attached Form;
(b) Judgment on deeming confessions: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act;
