On December 5, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the applicant's eligibility to participate in competitive tendering procedures open only to small and medium enterprises and restrictions on the acquisition of eligibility to participate in such competitive tendering procedures for six months shall be suspended until this Court decides 2017-7174 case.

Reasons

According to the records, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent damage that may arise to the applicant due to the validity of the disposition entered in the order, and there is no other data to recognize that the validity is likely to seriously affect the public welfare due to the suspension of the above validity.
