A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who works in the 8th floor office of the Gyeonggi-do Government, and in the general affairs of “D”.
The Defendant attempted to operate a marina shop in E at the time of the Gyeonggi-do Government, but the operating fund was raised, and the Defendant knew of the receipt of the introduction from F.
G prepared a lease agreement in the name of "D", and delivered it as security, and had money borrowed from G.
1. The Defendant did not have been delegated with the disposal of the building C or the preparation of the shop charter contract at the time of the government of the Gyeonggi-do owned by “D”.

Afterwards, the Defendant, using the black pentle, stated that he is A in the resident registration number column of the lessor’s agent in the commercial lease contract printed out as above, and affixed the Defendant’s seal prepared in advance on his name, and affixed the D seal prepared in advance on the side of the “D”.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant drafted a chapter 1 of the Commercial Building Lease Contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of the agent of the above D.
2. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document, commercial buildings at the 8th floor office of the Gyeonggi-si Office in the Government of Gyeonggi-do, and F.
