At around 02:20 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went to the front of the Gu building B (the age of 42) that was operated by the victim C (the age of 42) in front of the Gu building B, and (b) went to the front door of the victim vehicle on several occasions without any reason, thereby destroying the repair cost of KRW 327,169.
