1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from October 31, 2010 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: On May 26, 2010, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pay the loan of KRW 60 million on October 30, 2010 (Provided, That the interest rate is 25% per annum) that the Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant on October 30, 2010 at the rate of 3% per annum.
