When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 23, 2015, the Defendant driven C rocketing vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.084% in the direction of approximately 800 meters in the middle of the village of approximately 460 meters in the same luminous 4-ro of the same Gu from the Do near the Han River basin in Ansan-gu, Masan-si, Masan-si.
