A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
On April 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on April 22, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 12, 2016.
1. A thief: (a) around 02:53 on January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened a stief door door-to-be 540-6 “No. 2 public parking lot” located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (c) opened a stief door-to-be in which the victim C was parked and did not correct, and (d) took one HyundaiM card on the part of the victim’s wall that was kept in the front door-to-be storage space, and then stolen property worth KRW 4,745,000, total amount of five times until October 27, 2018, as indicated in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.
2. A member of Ansan-si around January 1, 2018, who violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act.
E. At FS stores, tobacco 2A and 34,00 won in total by deceiving victims on six occasions, as stated in the attached Table 2, and using stolen credit cards, etc., by suggesting that the Modern M cards of the account holder C, which were stolen, as stated in paragraph 1, are his/her own card, to have the victim settle 9,000 won with the above Madern M cards, and thereby having the victim settle 9,000 won. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24289, Oct. 27, 2018>

On October 27, 2018, the Defendant attempted to pay a sum of KRW 470,00,00 by deceiving the victims three times in total, as indicated in the [Attachment Table 1] No. 5], even though he/she acted as his/her own act on the part of the national bank in the name of H, which was stolen, as described in the [Attachment Table 1] No. 5], and intended to pay the amount of KRW 250,000, which was used by submitting the credit card to G business owner who was the victim, but failed to pay the amount exceeding the above credit card amount, and the Defendant attempted to pay the amount of KRW 470,000 by deceiving the victims three times in total until 09:20 on the same day, as indicated in the [Attachment Table 3].
