The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 12:30 of the facts charged of the instant case, around 66-gil-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) 16-gil-ro, the main park; and (c) boomed the victim B (the age of 14) who was drinking alcohol in the city of Michuhol-gu, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; and (d) boomed the face with the hand floor of the victim C (the age of 14); (c) boomed the head, booming the victim C(the age of 14); and (d) boomed the flap of the flap of the victim D (the age of 14); and (d) assaulted the victims.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act (each written agreement including a non-prosecution of punishment);
