1. Basic facts
A. On March 14, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a building management service contract with Dong Young Development Co., Ltd. as follows, and entered into a contract to extend the contract period on June 17, 2014 by May 31, 2016.
Article 1 (Subject Matter of Contracts)
1. Name of the building: Resident B building (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”);
2. Location: C at the time of resident stay;
3. Total floor area: 2,475.33 square meters (8,182.92 square meters);
4. Scale: The term of this contract as prescribed in Article 3 (Contract Period) of an underground second floor, seven stories above ground, rooftop and water tank room shall be three years from March 10, 201 to March 9, 2014;
Article 5 (Methods of Imposing Management Expenses and Overdue Charges)
