A. After the B Housing Reconstruction Improvement Project was proposed on May 2, 2002, the inaugural general meeting of the B Housing Rebuilding Improvement Project Establishment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “instant Promotion Committee”) was held on June 29, 2003, and the head of China approved the Promotion Committee on December 2, 2003.

B. On July 28, 2009, the instant promotion committee approved the operating rules and operational rules of the instant promotion committee (hereinafter “instant operational rules”) at the residents’ general meeting. Of the contents of the instant operational rules, the parts related to the instant case are as follows.

Except as otherwise provided for in Chapter VII, matters concerning the remuneration of promotion members and paid employees under Article 60 (Scope of Application) of the Remuneration Regulations shall be governed by this Regulation.

VI.(Definitions) Full-time workers means the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, and paid staff of the Promotion Committee.

Article 62 (Payment of Remuneration) The remuneration shall be paid on the 25th day of each month.

However, if it is not possible to pay due to the circumstances of the promotion committee of this case, 8% interest per annum may be paid in lump sum, and the payment of remuneration shall be made retroactively from the time of approval by the promotion committee.

In any case of Article 63 (Calculation of Remuneration), the monthly remuneration concerned shall be paid on a daily basis as of the date of issuance.

Article 64 (Calculation of Remuneration Period) The period of remuneration shall be one month from the beginning of the month concerned to the last day of the month.

VI.(Basic pay)The basic pay for full-time workers shall be as follows:

The Chairperson: The Chairperson: The Chairperson shall pay a retirement allowance under the Labor Standards Act when an employee under Article 66 (Payment of Retirement Allowances) retires.

The amount prescribed by the Labor Standards Act and the Decree shall be paid regardless of the number of employees working for the employees.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date) of the Addenda (Enforcement Date) The Operational Rules of this case are the annexed regulations of the Operation Rules, which are approved by a resolution of the Operation Rules.

C. The promotion committee of this case
