1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 13,696,921 as well as KRW 2,600,000 among them, from October 31, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including additional numbers), the facts constituting the ground for the plaintiff's argument can be acknowledged. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 27.9% per annum for KRW 13,696,921 and KRW 2,600,000 per annum for KRW 27.9% per annum from October 31, 2018 to the date of full payment, 2,126,018 from October 31, 2018 to the date of full payment, 34.9% per annum for KRW 1,792,162 per annum for KRW 29.9% per annum from October 31, 2018 to the date of full payment to the date of full payment. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 29400, Oct. 31, 2018; Presidential Decree No. 28559, Oct. 31, 2018>
